As a marketplace, WOSSCO generally doesn't cancel any orders. In extremely rare cases WOSSCO reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseeable serviceability issues like inventory stock out, serviceability issues at your pin code, or incorrect delivery address.
Yes, following our Return Policy, you can return the single items without returning the entire order.
WOSSCO accepts the return of a delivered item until its return window expires, for more details please refer to our Return Policy.

Once you place your order, now it’s our responsibility. Most of the time the delivery is done via surface transport or by air, depending on the situation.
While the WOSSCO team has tied up with several logistics delivery partners due to serviceability concerns, currently we do not have this option for you to select your preferred delivery partner. WOSSCO team always assures you that to choose the best delivery partner for you.
Our ordering system is fully automated and does not allow the WOSSCO team to change shipping details after dispatch. However, if an order is already in transit, we may attempt to manually change the shipping information.
