Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales role
• Understanding of warehouses and its product needs, Inside Sales processes, etc.

Skills:

• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with customers
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about sales and conversion of prospective leads
• Excellent client relationship management

Key Responsibility:

• Conversion of inquiries generated by the sales team and via cold calling
• Dormant account activation
• Maintaining calling data and conversion records
